What we get called out for

The full clean
Kitchen cupboards inside and out, bathrooms and limescale, skirtings, doors, floors last.

Landlords and agents
Voids, short-notice check-outs, keys via the branch, photos on file for the check-in.

Carpet add-on
Hot water extraction on the same visit, so you pay per room and not a second call-out.
Working in Richmond upon Thames
This is the most heritage-constrained borough in London for its size, with 86 conservation areas, more than any other, running from Richmond Hill, Kew Green and Petersham through to the Twickenham, Teddington and Barnes riversides. Around 59 per cent of the housing across the Twickenham districts predates 1960, which in practice means Georgian and early Victorian riverside houses, long runs of late Victorian and Edwardian villas through Kew, St Margarets and East Sheen, then 1930s semis filling Whitton, Hampton and the outer Teddington streets. Modern stock is limited and concentrated in riverside apartment schemes at St Margarets, Brentford-facing Kew and the Richmond riverside redevelopment.
Richmond's controlled parking zones use very short control windows rather than all-day charging, some running only 8.30am to 10.30am and others 10.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday, so a van legally parked for a nine o'clock start can be ticketed at eleven on the same street.
With 86 conservation areas and Article 4 directions across many of them, a large share of the housing has original single-glazed sashes, lath and plaster ceilings and narrow original staircases, none of which take a wide machine or a hot steam pass without care.
End of tenancy work here is driven by letting agents rather than tenants, and the borough's family-house lets concentrate move-outs into July and August between school years rather than spreading them across the year.
Water here is hard, so limescale on taps, screens and kettles takes longer than people expect.
Areas we cover
We work across Richmond upon Thames and the streets around it. These are the areas we get to most.
Teddington
TW11. Midway between Twickenham and Hampton with Bushy Park to the south, covered by the High Street and Teddington Lock conservation areas.
Hampton
TW12. South-western corner on the river, village streets with substantial conservation coverage and Hampton Court across the water.
Whitton
TW2. North-west of Twickenham on the Hounslow boundary, largely 1930s semis on a suburban grid.
East Sheen
SW14. North-east towards Mortlake, with the Sheen Lane and East Sheen Avenue conservation areas and Sheen Common.
Barnes
SW13. The borough's north-east tip inside a loop of the Thames, common-edge and riverside streets, extensively conservation covered.
Ham
TW10. Between Richmond Park and the river, a mix of postwar estates, Ham House and large detached houses on Ham Common.
